1. First of all take cucumber and peel 1/4inch from one side length wise and cut 1inch from other side length wise and scoop out the pulp and make a canapy.
2. Fill the cucumber canapy with salt and black pepper mix cream cheese..cut the cucumber log in to 1inch thick pieces.. Place a potato chip on each cucumber cube.
