  1. Prepare 8-10 of desserts apples (granny smith/honey crisp).

  3. Peel off the apples skin, remove the core and cut them into bite size pieces.
  4. Put the apples into oven proof dish. Add bluberries, pour over the apple juice. Sprinkle sugar evenly over the top.
  5. Spoon over the topping in an even layer then put the dish in the oven. Bake for 35-45 mins until the top is crisp and beginning to brown.
