Ingredients of Custard Pudding
- You need 90 g of white sugar.
- You need 20 ml of water.
- It's 2 of eggs.
- You need 220 ml of milk.
- It's 6 drops of vanilla extract.
In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar & cornstarch. Slowly whisk in the milk & egg yolks. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Dissolve the custard powder in a few splashes of cold milk, mixing well.

- In a pan, put the 40g white sugar and water, medium heat until brown and set aside.
- Beat the eggs not to bubble and put the 50g sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Pour into the caramelized cup thru strainer.
Pour the rest of the milk into a pan and bring to a simmer on a medium-low heat - keep an eye on it. Pour half the simmering milk into the custard powder mixture and stir well, then pour that all back into the milk pan. Add the egg, sugar and vanilla essence into a mixing bowl and whisk all together. Add warm milk into the egg mixture gradually and stir to combine them all together.
